The Senior Business Analyst will be a key partner in translating business needs into detailed technical requirements, working closely with both business stakeholders and development teams. This role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of complex business systems, both for business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives and innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, an ability to identify and implement process improvements, and the leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals. Requirements Gathering and Documentation● Leads advanced elicitation workshops for highly complex or ambiguous projects.● Documents and validates business requirements, user stories, use cases, andacceptance criteria for large-scale initiatives.● Manages requirement conflicts, governance, and change control across multipleproject streams. Project and Solution Support● Collaborates with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain product backlogs alignedwith business objectives.● Leads analysis and design workshops for large, high-impact domains, applyingadvanced modeling and analysis techniques.● Designs end-to-end solutions spanning multiple business units, evaluates third-partyproducts, and ensures alignment with technical and business strategy.

● 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including significant exposure to strategic, high-impact, or enterprise-level initiatives.● Proven track record of delivering complex projects and cross-functional solutions.● Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.● Expertise in advanced elicitation, modeling, and analysis techniques (e.g., JAD, rapid prototyping, process mining, systems thinking).● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills for ambiguous or complex challenges.● Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive influence.● Advanced proficiency in BA toolsets, dashboards, and reporting for enterprise-level projects.● Ability to mentor and coach junior/mid-level BAs in methodology, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.● Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, Agile methodologies, and governance best practices.
